CEO & Founder
"If not paddleboarding or exercising, I'm working with my awesome team in getting our kids to the best possible colleges and continue to make a difference in people's lives"
Since I was very young, I discovered that my passion was everything and anything that had to do with sports. After my experience as a college student-athlete and seeing how it impacted my life, I then realized that my mission in this world is to help young people succeed in life. So, USP is a dream come true: I work in sports while helping others.
Head of Placement
Proud to be the first 10-year-old kid ever to choose Baseball Statistics Book as its favorite. I love all sports and to this day, I can not believe I work in my dream job. Guiding student-athletes is my passion and impacting their future is my calling
Being a Mom of 2 and an active tennis coach is what drives my passion for students to succeed, achieve their sport’s goals and pursue their desired careers. At USP I’ve been able to help our clients with a deep understanding of what their needs are, honest counseling, and passionate dedication.

Certified Advisor Hungary
College recruiting is a long and complex process, but my favorite part is educating players about college sports. Having recent experience in college tennis both as a player and as a coach has prepared me to get our players the best opportunities
Marton is originally from Budapest, Hungary. He played on the junior ITF tour and represented Hungary in European junior team championships. After graduating from Lamar University with his MBA, he pursued a professional business career.
Even though finished with college tennis, Marton’s passion for college sports has not changed since graduating and he has been helping tennis players in Hungary achieve their dreams at US universities.
As a USP Scout, Marton relies on his experience from both sides of college sports – as an athlete and as a coach. This allows him to provide invaluable insights to aspiring college athletes in Europe and across the world.
I have been fortunate enough to have a very complete experience with the sport of tennis. I was a competitive junior tennis player in Florida and understand what many of these young athletes go through, just like I did. I played college tennis and had the chance to experience an unbelievable team culture and a high level of tennis. And most recently I have been able to share my knowledge with coaching.
USP has given me the opportunity to share my knowledge with young athletes to help them become successful in the future.
My whole life I've been very passionate about sports. I was a very active kid that constantly needed to be moving, there was not a better way to discharge my energy. Working at USP combines my passion with my career, as I help student-athletes achieve their dreams through their sport abilities. This is what makes a job unique.
Tennis is a lonely sport. So I think being able to play tennis in a team setting while pursuing a college degree is an amazing tennis experience anyone could ever have. But it's not easy to go through the college sports recruitment process. At USP, I want to help and guide young players to accomplish their goals and get the best opportunity possible that would allow them to compete and grow as a student-athlete and eventually, as successful individuals.

Born in Puerto Cabello, Venezuela, my career has always been dedicated to the world of sports. Collegiate athletics provided me with the opportunities to grow not only in sport skills, but also in life skills. I desire to give young athletes the opportunity to follow their dream of playing collegiate sports and reach their full academic and athletic success.
During my time in college, I experienced unique and unbeatable moments.
College tennis taught me values that I will always carry with me in the future. As a sports lover, I know that at USP I can get many more people to have that satisfying experience that I had. Working with Student-athletes to reach their objectives and help them to be successful is special.

USP Scout Colombia / USA
I was born in Caracas Venezuela, but I went to Santiago de Chile from a very young age where I trained with coaches like Luis Guzmán, Marcos Colignon, Patricio Rodríguez, Horacio De la Peña . Together with them, I learned the game of tennis and how great of an impact it would have in my life.
Following this, I suffered an injury and underwent a shoulder operation. That's when I decided to study business administration at la Universidad Externado de Colombia. I continued my path with tennis and managed to participate in two university world championships in Taipei 2017 and Naples 2019. In that time I had one of the greatest experiences and I understood that to be a great tennis player it is not necessary to leave school. This gave me a discipline and a habit of study and sport at a high level of both to achieve great results.
